DoGooder: A well-intentioned person who does not have a pragmatic understanding of human nature and Behavior Modification. They create Perverse Incentives that cause more problems than they solve. They’re “Hardworking and Stupid” according to the Hammerstein-Equord Leadership Model. Often the “Do Gooder” is overcompensating due to some other obligations they have not fulfilled as a way of moral balancing.
