a broad range of behavior that is harmful emotionally, physically, or damages someone’s healthy opportunities. The behavior is stressful in the moment and enough of it can cause chronic problems such as trauma. Abuse and Neglect are inseparable as one maintains the other and not socially determined. By definition this behavior proves someone is emotionally unintelligent and lacking in leadership and integrity. A person can abuse and neglect someone they love, but it is toxic love and the victim is usually better off without the offender around them, even if it is their parent.
