A woman with anti-social expectations thinks she can live a degenerate high-risk and emotionally unintelligent lifestyle without consequence. She expects the same level of esteem and to be as valued as prudent emotionally intelligent men and women. She also expects politicians and public institutions to praise and pander to her. Part of this pandering includes setting up perverse incentives or a moral hazard that benefit her.
