Caring and Loving people have all of the personal and social skills to not just avoid neglect and abuse but go beyond. They are marked by warmth, positive emotions and optimism. They are emotionally intelligent and take their role as parent scholar seriously. They don’t provide sub-standard care because how common it is in society.
