The Caring and Loving Woman knows what changes need to happen for the sake of her family and she can initiate or manage that change. She does not initiate for her own personal whimsy and allege it was for her family’s sake. She does not initiate change suddenly unless there is great need and she certainly does not look to initiate change in others when it is she, herself, that needs to change.
