A rotten apple spoils the bunch. A degenerate woman is one that holds anti-social values and expectations and is either abusive and neglectful herself or joins the flock defending those women. She participates in or defends high-risk behaviors. She is the opposite of a regenerate trauma informed woman. As such, she may be part of a band of charismatic criminals or an expert at moral balancing.
