Divorce Discount is one of the Perverse Incentives of divorce. A woman can debt spend on recreation and leisure without her husband’s advice or against his consent then divorce him and give him half of the debt. There are no assets to divide, just debt. This is a version of the Principal-Agent Problem. Legal systems assume that any debt rung up by the wife (agent) was done on behalf of the principals (the husband and the rest of the family). Due to the current feminine zeitgeist, degenerate woman in the Flock see no incentive to resolving this moral hazard. Their anti-social values prioritize money and the ability to be abusive over healthy relationships and integrity.
