Hammerstein-Equord Leadership Model Description of Hardworking and Stupid: As a stupid woman she is lacking in emotional regulation, integrity, leadership skills and most social adeptness. She has a lot of anti-social values and behavior. She has the energy to advocate for policies that contribute to further abuse and neglect of children. Also, she is too stupid to consider things like moral hazard or perverse incentives as something goverments should focus on mitigating. Rather, she puts considerable effort to benefit from these conditions.
If she finds a virtious man her main goal is to commit perfidy. She attempts to trick him into a relationship and wage a war of co-dependent sabotage. She would do likewise with her children and is at risk for emotional incest after she sabotages her relationship.
Since she is hardworking and stupid one of her favorite “hobbies” is being abusive towards her family members. She picks fights, assigns them meaningless busy work, finds dramatic ways to engage with them, and is constantly amazed at their lack of achievement given her efforts. She uses everything she learns about Emotional Intelligence, Leadership traits and principles to tear others down. The more she learns the more harmful she is.
