Someone with pro-social expectations has expectations that people be regenerate. They think that it is perfectly reasonable for men to value emotionally intelligent and prudent women as future wives and mothers and avoid degenerate women with high-risk histories. Pro-social people also expect politicians and institutions to disincentivize abusive and neglectful behavior rather than reward it. They are aware of perverse incentives and moral hazard and do not exploit them.
